Steinbacher Goodall & Yurchak is seeking a Senior Estate Administration Attorney to join their dynamic team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This role involves leading the estate administration department and collaborating with law partners to provide high-impact legal services while furthering professional growth in a mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Dive into complex legal issues related to estate and wealth protection, long-term care, and corporate law
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage case progress and oversee paralegal work
  • Meet with clients and deliver tailored legal solutions
  • Handle asset gathering, tax returns, and legal documentation for estate administration
  • Represent the firm on boards and community groups
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote services through various engagements
  • Uphold confidentiality and manage risk reporting
  • Take on new challenges as the role evolves

Required skills

  • At least 3 years' experience in estate planning, estate administration, or Elder Law
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Current license to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
