Join Steinbacher Goodall & Yurchak as a Senior Estate Administration Attorney in a mission-driven environment. This role involves leading estate planning and administration efforts while collaborating with a team of attorneys to directly impact clients' lives and the firm's success.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle complex legal issues in estate planning, administration, and litigation
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage case progress and oversee paralegal work
  • Meet with clients and attend hearings to deliver tailored legal solutions
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and swiftly
  • Manage estate administration tasks including asset gathering and tax returns
  • Represent the firm on boards and community groups
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote services through various channels

Required skills

  • At least 3 years' experience in estate planning, administration, or Elder Law
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Current license to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
