Overview

The Senior Escrow Officer at Keystone Abstract TX, LLC is a pivotal role within The Surefire Group Title Division, focusing on managing and closing residential and commercial title transactions. This position requires a motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while fostering relationships with clients, realtors, and lenders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding
  • Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions with precision
  • Order and review title commitments and clear title issues
  • Prepare title and escrow documents
  • Coordinate and conduct seamless closings, including final disbursements and recordings
  • Provide a top-tier experience for clients and partners
  • Act as a trusted resource for realtors and loan officers
  • Attend in-house events and trainings to drive business
  • Build and grow a network of real estate professionals
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations

Required skills

  • 5+ years of escrow/title experience
  • Strong grasp of the closing process
  • Natural leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Operational expertise
  • Proficient in title software systems (e.g., Qualia certification is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with GSuite and Gmail experience
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Notary Public certification
