This role is instrumental in leading and managing the electrical design, planning, and implementation of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in ground-up, commercial, and electrical safety projects. Base Salary + Commission Responsibilities Take full ownership of projects from award through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and monthly reviews Drive cash flow by submitting accurate billings and quickly processing change orders Price, negotiate, track, and collect change orders to maximize project value Partner closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to improve productivity and execution Stay active in the field to address constructability, production, and safety issues early Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to keep projects moving Plan ahead to avoid delays by managing labor needs and material timelines Build strong client relationships and turn them into repeat and negotiated work Support preconstruction and help transition awarded projects smoothly into execution Work with estimating and leadership to pursue negotiated opportunities Ensure safety standards are followed and risks are handled proactively Maintain organized and accurate project documentation Represent the company professionally and take pride in long-term project success Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects (commercial and/or industrial) Experience running projects valued at $5M+ Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish (schedule, cost, quality, client) Strong financial management experience (forecasting, billing, cost-to-complete, change orders) Track record of building client relationships and winning repeat work Hands-on collaboration with field teams to drive production and safety Experience mentoring junior staff and working cross-functionally with estimating and operations Interested in hearing more?
