We deliver large multifamily, commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects with a strong focus on quality, reliability, accountability, and clear communication.This is a direct, low-bureaucracy environment without unnecessary corporate layers. You will work closely with company managers and owners, have a real voice in decisions, and help lead projects from award through closeout.The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee complex projects, manage client relationships, support field teams, and help drive the company's continued growth.Position OverviewYou will serve as the primary client contact and project leader, coordinating with general contractors, engineers, owners, foremen, journeymen, suppliers, and company leadership.This position requires strong experience managing large-scale multifamily electrical projects, along with commercial and industrial electrical experience. Candidates must bring deep field knowledge, proven project management ability, and the leadership skills to keep complex projects on schedule and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage electrical projects from contract award through final closeoutServe as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, and ownersMaintain 95% or higher client satisfaction through proactive communicationResolve project issues quickly to protect schedules and relationshipsApply journeyman-level electrical knowledge to installations, troubleshooting, and field decisionsEnsure work meets NEC, local code, project specifications, and Kingdom Contracting quality standardsLead, support, and mentor foremen, journeymen, and field crewsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, permits, and documentationCoordinate staffing, crew deployment, and logistics with the Field Operations ManagerOversee material purchasing, deliveries, and supplier coordinationConduct jobsite inspections and monitor quality, progress, safety, and code complianceIdentify additional scope and revenue opportunities during project executionPrepare accurate change orders and secure timely approvalsTarget 15% in additional annual project revenue through change ordersMaintain records for contracts, permits, inspections, change orders, and project documentationProvide weekly project updates to clients and company ownershipEnforce OSHA requirements and maintain required safety documentationQualificationsValid Colorado Journeyman Electrician LicenseAt least 3 to 5 years of hands-on electrical field experienceBetween 1 and 7 years of project management, project coordination, or related leadership experienceStrong experience with large-scale or heavy multifamily electrical constructionCommercial and industrial electrical project experienceProven ability to manage complex electrical projects, field teams, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordinationStrong ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentsWorking knowledge of the National Electrical CodeExperience with estimating, scheduling, or project management softwareValid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visitsAbility to lift more than 50 pounds and perform site inspections, with or without reasonable accommodationStrong communication, leadership, organization, and client-facing skillsPreferred QualificationsColorado Master Electrician License or Electrical Contractor LicenseOSHA 30 certificationFamiliarity with AccuBid, ConEst, Bluebeam, or similar softwareDegree in Electrical Engineering or related technical education or trainingExperience managing large multifamily developments, commercial facilities, or industrial electrical installationsCompensation and Benef
