Overview

CoolSys is seeking a Senior Electrical Foreman in Lititz, Pennsylvania, to oversee the installation and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role offers a chance to work on diverse projects while providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits for employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Repair and install wiring, motors, transformers, generators, and lighting systems
  • Determine type and cost of materials required for projects
  • Ensure specifications and drawings are accurate
  • Operate electrical testing equipment to locate and resolve malfunctions
  • Study plans and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Troubleshoot and maintain high voltage systems
  • Train and supervise apprentices
  • Test and repair emergency generators and power distribution systems

Required skills

  • 4-7 years work experience as an electrician
  • Journeyman or Electrician license preferred
  • High School Diploma required; trade or technical school preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
  • Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
  • Ability to work with a crew
  • Strong communication skills
