Overview

TLC Engineering Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Dallas, TX office in a hybrid role requiring two days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, supervise staff, and ensure technical excellence while interfacing with clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise staff's day-to-day responsibilities
  • Mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development
  • Manage projects from concept through construction
  • Interface with clients to provide technical excellence
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines in-house
  • Lead the project team and manage the project schedule

Required skills

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 15+ years of experience in A/E environment
  • Experience managing projects
  • Engineering expertise and knowledge of related fields
