Prior experience with EVMS and project management required for Level 5; preferred for Level 4DESIRED (not required) SKILLS: Proficient in LTSpice, Cadence/Allegro PCB Designer, Mentor Graphics, VHDL and Verilog using Xilinx Vivado. Proficient in technical writing to include Electrical test procedures, specifications, white papers, design reviews and technical presentations. Proficiency in EVMS, Control Account Management and design team leadership required for Level 5; preferred for Level 4Duties and Responsibilities Leads Electrical Engineering development efforts employing EVMS as a Control Account Manager to deliver complex electrical designs while meeting or exceeding program cost and schedule requirements, required for Level 5; preferred for Level 4 Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, modifying, evaluating and integrating electronic circuit cards, electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for complex, high performance seabed hydrophone systems. Creates Analog and Digital designs of circuit cards including layout using industry standard tools such as LTSpice, Cadence, Mentor Graphics and Vivado. Analyzes electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints and. Responsible for providing input to program bids and generating bases of estimate. Performs qualification and test of electrical hardware and systems including the support of customer site installations and troubleshooting. Travel to customer installation sites required.
