Overview

HomeWetBar.com Gifts is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager to oversee high-volume D2C and B2B fulfillment operations. This position involves both hands-on leadership in the warehouse and strategic planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily D2C and B2B fulfillment operations across a 32,000 sq. ft. facility
  • Manage and scale a fulfillment team, including seasonal hiring and 24/7 peak operations
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce costs
  • Own WMS and warehouse technology, including reporting and vendor coordination
  • Ensure real-time inventory accuracy and manage complete inventory control
  • Establish and manage KPIs for productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, and cost
  • Hire, develop, and lead fulfillment staff and frontline leaders
  • Optimize pick/pack, slotting, replenishment, and bulk handling processes
  • Manage relationships with carriers and vendors
  • Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives across labor and operations

Required skills

  • 5+ years in ecommerce or warehouse fulfillment
  • Strong WMS experience with optimization and reporting
  • 4+ years managing teams of 40+ employees
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end inventory control
  • Proven success in high-volume, multi-shift, peak-season environments
  • Advanced Excel and strong systems proficiency
  • Data-driven analytical and process optimization skills
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
