The Senior Director of Project Finance at Vitis Energy, LLC will have a significant impact on the company's financial strategies and investment decisions. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support project financing decisions
  • Run pro-forma models and assess financial scenarios for structuring decisions
  • Create and manage comprehensive financial presentations
  • Engage in financial data analysis to provide recommendations for optimizing strategies
  • Support financing activities for power generation and transmission projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate successful project financing
  • Assist in formulating financing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify financing opportunities and risks

Required skills

  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong Excel knowledge and spreadsheet experience
  • Experience in financial data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with debt and equity financing mechanisms

  • Tax-Equity and partnership taxation experience
