Lead and Scale Marty (our AI Restaurant Operating System)You define and drive the intelligence layer for the entire company.You will:Own the AI roadmap and agent ecosystemTurn Marty into the system restaurants rely on dailyBuild and refine intelligence across POS, payments, payroll, bankingDrive adoption across thousands of restaurantsMake Marty a core retention, expansion, and revenue driver 2. Own Product Strategy Across the Financial OSYou are accountable for product outcomes across:POS Payments Payroll Banking CardsYou will deliver:90% attachment on payments25% adoption of payroll, banking, and cards in 12 monthsHigh-impact financial and operational product releasesClear revenue and margin outcomes tied to product usage 3.
