Overview

Solstice Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Director of Talent Management and Learning & Development in Dallas, Texas. This leadership role is responsible for designing and executing the talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, while supporting the organization's operational growth. The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated talent management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic oversight for all recruiting operations across the organization.
  • Lead enterprise workforce planning processes and maintain talent inventories.
  • Manage the College Relations and Intern Program, enhancing campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Develop leadership development programs and manage succession planning.
  • Administer employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve the employee experience.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 7+ years in a talent management leadership role
  • Experience in Learning & Development leadership
  • Knowledge of employment law and organizational development
  • Strong skills in communication and executive influence
  • Experience implementing talent HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems

  • Base salary of $180k - $200k DOE plus 25% bonus opportunity
