Job Description Aramark Sports + Entertainment seeks an accomplished hospitality leader to serve as Senior Director of Premium Services - Fenway Park. This role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for premium hospitality experiences across suites, clubs, restaurants, and catering operations throughout the New England District.The Senior Director will partner closely with operations, culinary, and client leadership teams to elevate service standards, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in premium hospitality operations with strong business acumen, successfully balancing operational excellence, client relationships, and premium experiences. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $140,000.00 to $145,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.
