Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will help shape the future of employer services, with a focus on HR compliance and outsourcing. You will help develop and implement data-driven solutions that ensure strategic decision-making and drive business growth. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Data Analyst with technical expertise, business insight, and a proactive mindset to solving problems. The Senior Data Analyst will manage various projects, work cross-functionally, and drive results in a dynamic environment. What you'll be doing: Execute tasks assigned through the Data Services ticketing system, ensuring Service level agreement adherence and process compliance. Follow established processes to ensure consistent execution across tasks. Mentor team members on best practices, prioritization, and issue resolution. Review peer deliverables for accuracy, performance, and adherence to data governance standards before production deployment. Support data mapping, customer account data gathering, and technical documentation for integrations Troubleshoot and prioritize data issues flagged by client-facing teams by analyzing end-to-end data flows across multiple products. Influence strategies related to system upgrades, account migrations, data ingestion, and API/connectors Provide occasional weekend support for software upgrades, database patching, and regression testing. You will report to the Manager of Data Services Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in database and application development. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a focus on performance optimization. Experience troubleshooting SSIS packages. Experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with data modeling principles. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
