THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Extensive Criminal Litigation Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of dedicated experience managing felony matters within Washington State's Munipal, District and Superior Courts. Proven Trial Record: Demonstrated proficiency in the courtroom, including a substantial history of taking cases to jury verdict. Specialized Background: Preference will be given to candidates with a background as a former prosecutor or defense attorney who has successfully navigated complex, high-stakes jury trials. COMPENSATION This full-time, salaried position is based in our Tacoma office with potential opportunity to work in our Seattle or Kent locations. xibtplm Annual compensation ranges from $135,000 to $250,000 (base + bonus).
