Are you one of them?We are seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to lead cost accounting activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting while driving process improvements and supporting operational decision-making. Your Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance standard costing systems (material, labor, overhead)Analyze manufacturing variances, cost of goods sold, and profitabilityOversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and physical countsSupport month-end close, journal entries, and financial reportingEvaluate cost impacts of product, material, and process changesPartner with operations and supply chain to improve cost accuracy and marginsSupport capital projects, fixed assets, and cost trackingAssist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsDrive continuous improvement in processes and ERP systems Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturingStrong knowledge of standard costing, inventory, and variance analysisSAP ERP system experience and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offered at 30 days of employmentGenerous Educational Reimbursement programCompany sponsored Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time OffTen (10) Paid Holidays per year401K with Company MatchIn order to ensure our success in the future, too, we need first-class employees and we also have plenty to offer them.
