Overview As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation, you will design, configure, and drive Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence solutions for client organizations. You will lead end-to-end implementation activities, from requirements gathering to deployment, and guide decision-making in client meetings. You will share subject matter expertise, optimize Workday capabilities, and mentor junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships.
