Overview

HEPCO Inc. is looking for Senior Construction Project Engineers to oversee large-scale airport infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work. This leadership role involves managing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from initiation through closeout
  • Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Ensure compliance with engineering codes and safety standards
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal project teams
  • Monitor project performance and address risks or issues
  • Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking

Required skills

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10+ years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects ($100M+)
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and teams
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6
