Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time role focuses on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems, while also involving commercial equipment installation and skilled teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair climate control chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration systems
  • Work on VRF systems, VAV Boxes, split systems, cooling towers, and associated equipment
  • Lead a team through HVAC installations of varying sizes and complexity
  • Utilize mobile technology for efficient communication and real-time reporting
  • Keep accurate records of service visits and maintenance tasks
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Required skills

  • 7+ years of HVAC experience
  • 3+ years of chiller experience
  • 3+ years of boiler experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized and self-managing
  • Pipe welding experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
