Overview

TDG Facilities is looking for a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems, and be capable of problem-solving in a dynamic environment while working directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of climate control systems including chillers and boilers
  • Lead a team through commercial HVAC installations
  • Utilize mobile technology for communication and reporting
  • Keep accurate records of service visits and maintenance tasks
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings as required
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Required skills

  • 7+ years of HVAC experience
  • 3+ years of chiller experience
  • 3+ years of boiler experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with self-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Pipe welding experience preferred
