Columbus Worthington Air is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Installer to join their team in Westerville, Ohio. This full-time position involves leading HVAC installations and ensuring compliance with local codes and company standards, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Remove and dispose of outdated commercial HVAC systems
  • Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
  • Lead commercial HVAC installations with support from a helper
  • Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience
  • Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards

Required skills

  • 4+ years of Commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
  • Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
  • EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
