Job Description

Overview

Genmab is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead the operational planning, setup, and execution of global clinical trials focused on innovative antibody therapies for cancer treatment and serious diseases. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing relationships with CROs, and fostering collaboration across various teams to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the operational planning, setup, and execution of global clinical trials.
  • Oversee trial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive site feasibility, selection, and activation strategies.
  • Manage and oversee CROs and service providers for high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks using quality management approaches.
  • Monitor trial performance and data quality using key metrics.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and investigators.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical trial management in pharma or biotech.
  • Understanding of ICH/GCP regulations and clinical drug development lifecycle.
  • Experience managing global, multi-center trials.
  • Strong project management and oversight skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Oncology and therapeutic area-specific experience is highly desirable.
