Senior Clinical Laboratory Technologist High-Complexity Molecular Oncology LaboratoryLocated in the NortheastSant Consulting is representing an innovative precision diagnostics company expanding its clinical laboratory operations into the United States. We are conducting a national search for a Senior Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join a newly established high-complexity molecular oncology laboratory. This individual will play a key role in launching laboratory operations, supporting assay development and validation, and helping establish laboratory workflows and quality systems in a rapidly growing organization. Position Highlights: Full-time, on-site positionOpportunity to help build a new high-complexity molecular diagnostics laboratoryWork with cutting-edge technologies including next-generation sequencing (NGS) and single-cell molecular profilingParticipate in laboratory setup, workflow development, assay validation, and quality managementCollaborative environment with opportunities to work alongside laboratory leadership, scientific teams, and international research partnersStartup environment offering significant professional growth and impact Required Qualifications: Active New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist LicenseBachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific disciplineRecent experience in a high-complexity clinical laboratory or similarly regulated environmentStrong molecular diagnostics experience including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid quantification, and quality controlExperience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation and sequencing workflowsStrong attention to detail, documentation, and quality assurance in a regulated laboratory settingExcellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a NYSDOH CLEP and/or CLIA-certified laboratoryExperience with molecular oncology, cellular tumor marker testing, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs)Experience with single-cell or single-nuclei technologiesFamiliarity with assay validation, quality management systems, and laboratory inspectionsExperience with laboratory information systems (LIS/LIMS) and quality documentation systemsPrevious experience in laboratory buildout, workflow implementation, or startup environments
