The Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, delivers excellent customer service. Supports the team in meeting clinical and service goals. The Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator will be asked, at times, to complete outbound calls to members for survey purposes Schedule: A 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm with the flexibility to stay later on clinic days Location: 904 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA, 98104 Primary Responsibilities: Patient check-in Ability to maintain work queues Coverage error RX HUB/ Language mismatch No Show emails Direct booking reports Non-contracted work queue Incoming message work queue Cost estimate work queue MyChart coverage updates Referral Work Queues for all specialty departments In-basket management Reschedule report within 48 hours Recalls letters for appointments No show letters for specialty offices Processing fee tickets Wait list report Side Tasks Ability to prepare forms to be handed out to patients at check in Ability to handle patient pick up items such as forms letters, etc. Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly and courteously Scheduling office visits in an organized and efficient manner Collect payments for cosmetics visits Product sales Ability to mail and send faxes Medical/stationary supply ordering tracker Comfortable working in high pace environment Daily print off clinical schedules for downtime procedures Site FIT tester Emergency contact list updated / Firedrill clipboard Tickets for IT- facility enbio-maintain ticker tracker PHS and facility checklist (monthly Point person for late arrivals if unable to see patient All employees are expected to keep abreast of current medical requirements relevant to their position, which includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPPA and OSHA requirements Performs other duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
