Key responsibilities

  • Manage CA workers' comp claims from start to finish
  • Handle moderate to high exposure cases with minimal oversight
  • Set reserves and direct legal strategy
  • Drive claims to resolution
  • Collaborate with internal partners and attorneys to mitigate risk
  • Mentor peers and serve as a subject matter expert

Required skills

  • 7+ years of claims experience (CA workers' comp required)
  • Strong litigation and complex claim handling background
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
