Job Description

Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration and development to meet business requirements primarily in APO - SAP/SCM systems. This role involves providing functional consulting on complex SAP projects, facilitating process improvements, and supporting user training activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on functional configuration in APO - SAP/SCM systems
  • Interface with COE functional experts and business process owners
  • Shape and recommend business requirements to develop high-quality solutions
  • Participate in Application Configuration, Analysis, Management, and Maintenance
  • Support user training activities on ERP, SCM, and related systems
  • Lead and participate in project delivery
  • Analyze and streamline business processes for efficiency improvements
  • Provide application end-user support and resolve reported incidents
  • Create necessary documentation, including business cases and functional requirements
  • Communicate tradeoffs and facilitate stakeholder discussions

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Five years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and SAP APO implementation
  • Experience with SAP submodules: DP, SNP, and PPDS
  • CIF, Heuristics, and Optimizer knowledge
  • SAP ERP and logical system setup experience
  • SAP Solution Manager understanding
  • Ability to modify standard SAP behavior
  • Experience in creating and executing End to End test plans
  • Job integration and maintenance in SAP systems
  • Willingness to travel 20% domestically and internationally for business meetings
