Overview

The Senior Attorney in Estate Planning & Probate at Weisinger Law Firm will manage complex client matters, ensuring high standards of client care and professionalism. This role involves problem-solving independently and mentoring junior attorneys while contributing to the firm's growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters.
  • Manage a full caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high client care standards.
  • Draft, review, and edit estate planning documents and probate filings accurately.
  • Communicate with clients and legal staff professionally and respectfully.
  • Build trust with clients and convert consultations into engaged clients.
  • Nurture strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in their professional development.
  • Participate in mentoring initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Attend networking and marketing events to enhance the firm's visibility.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship
  • Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and case management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
