This role allows attorneys to concentrate on legal practice without the distractions of business development or administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead initial estate planning and special needs planning consultations to assess client needs.
  • Manage limited conservatorship cases including drafting, filing, and court representation.
  • Draft core estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
  • Handle online court appearances for limited conservatorship matters.
  • Collaborate with the legal team for smooth case progression and client experience.
  • Support clients in trust administration matters.

Required skills

  • Active California Bar License
  • Experience with special needs planning and limited conservatorships
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
