Overview

The Senior Associate in Program Management & Analysis will play a critical role in managing the monthly production cycle for an AI disruption monitoring workstream within a global financial services company. This position involves coordination across various stakeholders, drafting reports, and ensuring effective communication while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly production cycle for the AI disruption monitoring workstream.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across cross-LOB data owners and internal partners.
  • Draft and produce regular written updates and executive summaries for senior audiences.
  • Coordinate and facilitate SME check-ins across various pillar areas.
  • Work closely with the Data Scientist to understand and communicate analytical outputs.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, timelines, and deliverable tracking.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency in coordination and reporting.
  • Help build and refine processes, templates, and workflows for the capability.
  • Maintain the workstream's knowledge base and data source inventory.
  • Stay informed on the AI economy landscape and identify relevant developments.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing clear deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder processes and meet competing timelines.
  • Organizational rigor and comfort managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Familiarity with the AI and GenAI landscape.
  • Early adoption of AI and technology tools in a professional context.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to learn about data platforms and concepts.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build relationships across teams.
