Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer to support their growing team in Camden, Arkansas. The role involves developing, implementing, and analyzing manufacturing engineering plans and projects while collaborating with engineering project teams to release new products and improve existing processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing engineering strategies and tools
  • Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods
  • Manage product and process changes through participation in change control boards
  • Support production validation builds for new or modified processes
  • Define and implement production system standards and provide training to Engineers and Technicians

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience or 6 years of related engineering experience without a degree
