This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, manage cases from inception through resolution, and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm.Our practice includes:Commercial and business litigationReal estate litigation and transactionsCorporate and business lawContract drafting and negotiationConstruction litigationEstate planning, probate, and guardianship administrationThe ideal candidate will possess:Strong litigation and/or transactional experienceExcellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsThe ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating effectively with partners and staffSound judgment, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving abilitiesExceptional organizational and case management skillsA commitment to providing outstanding client service and developing long-term client relationshipsCandidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
