This position will be full-time and remote.What You'll DoDesign the interaction layer for AI systems including prompts workflows feedback loops escalation paths and human override mechanismsOwn end user experience design for agentic AI systems copilot tools and AI augmented workflows from concept through deploymentTranslate AI architecture into intuitive and trusted user experiences that drive adoption across business usersCollaborate with Applied AI Architects and cross functional teams to align AI solutions to real world workflows and user needsFacilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements validate use cases and test interaction modelsDesign onboarding experiences and adoption pathways to support AI enablement across the organizationDevelop prompt frameworks and contribute to prompt engineering standards and best practicesCreate user facing materials including playbooks guides and workflow documentationMonitor adoption signals gather feedback and continuously improve AI experiencesProduce design artifacts such as wireframes journey maps workflow diagrams and interaction flows while ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirementsWhat You'll NeedRequired:8+ years of experience in UX design product design service design or a related human centered disciplineExperience designing AI powered or AI augmented products and workflowsHands on experience with prompt engineering for large language models in real world environmentsStrong systems thinking with the ability to design multi step AI workflows and human AI interaction modelsExperience driving adoption and behavior change not just usabilityStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiencesProficiency with design tools such as Figma Miro or similar platformsAbility to produce clear and actionable design artifacts in fast moving environmentsExperience designing accessible solutions aligned to WCAG standardsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred:Experience designing AI solutions within enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with agentic AI systems and human in the loop interaction modelsExperience using tools such as ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot or similar in a professional settingBackground in change management organizational design or learning experience designFamiliarity with public sector or regulated environments including FedRAMP or NISTExperience building scalable design systems prompt libraries or reusable interaction patternsExperience working in consulting or professional services delivery modelsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time
