This job allows you to stand out through your leadership, leadership and ability to influence decisions in a complex environment.This position is temporary (duration 12 months)Your jobAdvise and support managers in defining their needs and in their consultant recruitment strategies.Take care of the management and administrative follow-up of hires in the various sectorsSupport IT leaders in the recruitment of their resource and the monitoring of processesAct as an advisory partner to managers to guide them in the identification and acquisition of the best external talent.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner firms to foster a common understanding of the organization's needs and priorities.Coordinates and collaborates with the Procurement sector on professional services and suppliers.Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners in the files under your responsibility.Ensure the governance of an internal tool supporting the management of consultants and their performance.Mobilize and influence the various stakeholders in order to promote the achievement of business objectives.Advise partners on market trends, sourcing strategies and best practices in talent acquisition.Prepare recommendations and support decision-making in matters related to consultants and vendor partners.Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to make everyone's job easier.Your teamWithin the Data Delivery and Transversal Capabilities sector in the Dynamic Transversal Talent Management team, you will be part of a team that contributes to the acquisition of consulting talent and the management of strategic partnerships.
