Overview

Hollandia Dairy is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor to lead their Accounts Receivable and Credit team in San Marcos, California. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and at least 4 years in a supervisory role, responsible for overseeing daily operations and spearheading collection strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable and Credit team, managing workload and employee development.
  • Oversee daily AR operations, including cash applications, collections, and billing support.
  • Develop and execute collection strategies to enhance cash flow and meet performance goals.
  • Review aging reports and recommend credit limits and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve customer disputes.
  • Monitor AR metrics and support cash flow management and reporting.
  • Lead AR review meetings and assist with month-end close activities.
  • Maintain and improve AR systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
