Overview

The Senior Accountant - Corporate at U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc plays a crucial role in supporting the monthly accounting close and various corporate and divisional accounting projects. This position requires a strong background in accounting practices and the ability to provide analytical support for management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the monthly accounting close including performing monthly reconciliations
  • Assist with corporate and divisional accounting and finance projects
  • Support internal control processes and documentation
  • Contribute to the annual budget process
  • Prepare timely analyses in support of management decision making
  • Provide analytical support for operations
  • Prepare schedules for internal and external auditors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Public accounting external audit experience preferred
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Professional designation preferred (CPA or CMA or equivalent)
  • Experience with a major ERP system is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
