Overview

Micron is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer 4 in Meridian, Idaho, to evaluate and develop new hardware platforms and process chemistries for future DRAM technology nodes. The role involves improving existing processes, enhancing productivity and efficiency, and resolving manufacturing line problems, contributing to the advancement of memory and storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate new hardware platforms and process chemistries.
  • Develop revolutionary wet process technologies for DRAM nodes.
  • Establish technology roadmaps in collaboration with engineers and suppliers.
  • Improve existing processes for product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Conduct failure analysis and manage assembly process-related problems.
  • Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations for optimization.
  • Lead yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
  • Handle new process baseline qualifications and liaise with material suppliers.
