The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of security services and operations in order to provide safety and security to all Memorial Hermann properties, staff, visitors and patients. This position will have direct reports and supervision responsibilities of security staff including contract security officers. The Director, Security reports to the Regional Director of Security. Assigned Hospital campus will be in excess of 1,500,000 square feet and more than 35 security personnel (As approved by the Sr VP, Chief Facilities Officer, the level may be adjusted to ensure appropriate management leadership based on several factors, which includes but is not limited to: number and size of facilities, total number of FTEs, additional hospital and/or system responsibilities).
