Overview

Securitas is looking for a full-time Security Command Center Operator in Gatineau, Quebec. The role involves ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel by observing, reporting incidents, and conducting patrols.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
  • Conduct remote patrols and provide access control.
  • Respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Perform safety and security duties with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete incident reports for security purposes.
  • Escalate emergencies to law enforcement as required.
  • Write reports and create access profiles.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
