Overview

Équilibre - Biomécanique et Apnée du Sommeil is seeking a Secrétaire-réceptionniste to join their team in Beloeil, Quebec. This role involves being the primary contact for patients and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while providing excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first contact for customers, reflecting a professional image
  • Welcome patients according to established company standards
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Offer and advise customers regarding clinic products
  • Maintain good relationships with clients
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Perform follow-up reminders for clients
  • Assist the clinician in certain tasks
  • Verify reimbursement requests from clients
  • Ensure data entry and billing
  • Manage inventory, shipment, and receipt of materials
  • Follow up with payers regarding delivery notes

Required skills
