Overview

Équilibre - Biomécanique et Apnée du Sommeil is seeking a Secrétaire-réceptionniste to join their team at one of their clinics. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and serve patients warmly as the first contact in the clinic
  • Respond to client inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Advise clients on products sold at the clinic
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Perform follow-up reminders for clients
  • Assist clinicians with certain tasks
  • Verify reimbursements with various organizations
  • Enter data and handle billing processes
  • Manage inventory, shipping, and receipt of materials
  • Follow up on accounts payable for delivery notes

Required skills

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with computer tools
  • Ability to deliver service exceeding expectations
  • Teamwork skills in a dynamic environment
