Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Experts - Retail On-Site in TurboTax locations across the U.S. This role involves assisting customers with their tax needs while fostering community engagement and building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador representing TurboTax locally
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice and preparation services
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism
  • Interact with customers both in-person and via video communication
  • Work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing environments

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
