Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Experts in on-site TurboTax locations. This role involves using tax expertise to assist customers with their tax needs and build long-lasting relationships within the community, supporting Intuit's mission of powering prosperity worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for various tax situations
  • Facilitate tax discovery sessions and reviews, optimizing deductions and minimizing liabilities
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in client financial goals
  • Deliver services both in-person and virtually using state-of-the-art communication tools

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum of 3 years experience preparing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season
  • Knowledge of tax laws and familiarity with Circular 230
  • Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
