Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Experts - Retail On-Site in TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax knowledge with community engagement to help clients with their tax needs, aiming to build strong customer relationships and drive loyalty.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador representing TurboTax
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust
  • Interact with clients in-person and virtually using video tools
  • Deliver personalized tax solutions utilizing various resources

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
  • Strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Flexible availability for 25-34 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
