Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Experts - Retail On-Site at TurboTax locations across the United States. This role involves providing tax preparation and advisory services, engaging with the community, and building long-term client relationships to support positive financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax locally and engage with new prospects to convert them into long-term clients
  • Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for clients with various tax situations
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build trust with clients
  • Engage in local events and marketing efforts to promote TurboTax

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax returns
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Experience with professional tax preparation software
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
