Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Seasonal Tax Experts in Dallas, Texas, at TurboTax locations. This role focuses on providing tax expertise and advice while engaging with the local community to foster long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the local community and engage with new prospects
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and friendly interactions
  • Facilitate virtual communication with clients using Intuit's tools

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more individual 1040 tax returns per season
  • Proficient in tax preparation software
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and familiarity with Circular 230
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technologically proficient, including CRM/sales tools
