Overview

Intuit is seeking seasonal Tax Experts to join their team at TurboTax locations across the United States. This role involves providing tax services and advice to customers, fostering community engagement, and building long-term client relationships while supporting Intuit's mission of empowering prosperity worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients through community outreach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for clients with various tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients.
  • Interact with clients both in-person and virtually using Intuit's tools.

Required skills

  • Active credential: EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state 1040 tax returns using professional software
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Full availability for a flexible 25-34 hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation and CRM tools
