Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Experts at new TurboTax locations. This role requires providing tax expertise, engaging with the community, and building customer relationships to help clients navigate their tax needs during the busy tax season.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
  • Engage with potential customers and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by connecting with clients personally.
  • Address client inquiries and help them overcome tax-related challenges.
  • Participate in local events and marketing for TurboTax.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Attorney credential with tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax returns.
  • Proficiency with professional tax preparation software.
  • Understanding of tax laws and Circular 230.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
