Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Experts - Retail On-Site in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role requires strong tax knowledge and customer service skills to support clients in navigating their tax needs while building community relationships and promoting TurboTax services.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax.
  • Engage with new customers and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Provide tax advice and preparation services for diverse tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize refunds and minimize liabilities.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust with clients.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential.
  • Strong experience in tax preparation with a minimum of 3 years filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax return
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
