Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Seasonal Tax Experts in retail TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement, where you will assist customers in navigating their tax needs, building long-term relationships while promoting TurboTax services.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with potential customers and nurturing leads
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients with varying tax situations
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to minimize liabilities and maximize refunds
  • Utilize professional tools and government resources to deliver accurate tax solutions
  • Create exceptional customer experiences by understanding client financial goals
  • Address tax-related inquiries and assist clients in overcoming challenges

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing 50+ federal and state tax returns per season
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and technology tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
