Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as seasonal Tax Experts at TurboTax locations in the United States. In this role, you'll utilize your tax expertise and community engagement skills to help customers navigate their tax needs, foster client relationships, and drive TurboTax's growth in the local community.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax.
  • Engage with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and uncover deductions for clients.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and personal connection.
  • Interact with customers in-person and using video communication tools.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
